Friendly staff and interesting menu. It's not just eggs & bacon here. Had the European fried rice which was tremendously delicious. Americans should eat more rice for breakfast. Seriously.

Order at the cashier, order is brought out yo your table. Water could be improved, tasted horrible from the faucet. Breakfast croissant sandwich was very good. My husband had the waffle and eggs with bacon, which was very good.

Long time customer.... The customer service is top notch. Able to customize orders accordingly such as less salt on certain menu items namely European fried rice; adding an extra egg or bacon to orders. Of course "The Scones" our fav. The coffee just right! Thank you so much.

Great service, atmosphere, and food every visit. I've been here 3 times already this year and I live over 300 miles away. The Portuguese fried rice is my favorite dish by far and they are very accommodating for allergies.

Service was so good we didn't even question when our food was going to arrive. Overall, the ambiance was relaxing and had a coffee homey feel ! My brother raged of how delicious his hot chocolate tasted. My peppermint mocha was also very delicious 4/5 !

After reading the reviews, we decided to check this place out. Trendy cafe that serves Breakfast and Lunch the whole time they are open. I was very tempted to order their harvest salad at 10:30 AM, but it was a tossup between that and their European fried rice. The young cashier told me they were known for their European fried rice, so that was the decision maker. Bring your appetite as portions are large, you would be fine sharing a dish with someone. Young cashier was very friendly. Customer service was great as we had to staff. Ask us how we were doing. We absolutely would come back.

After we did the 5K Regatta Run/Walk, we were looking for a bite to eat. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious. We arrived to a busy lobby and put our name on the list. While we were waiting on a bench, we decided to get a hot drink (a London Fog and Pumpkin Chai Latte) to have while we were waiting. Turns out, that didn't come until we were finally sat. Once your name is called, you place your order with the cashier and your food is delivered to your table once it's ready. One thing to note is that the menu is only listed on the wall. On Yelp, we found a photo of a paper menu from a couple of years ago that listed dietary restrictions...which they no longer have. However, the cashier was happy to help my friend find a gluten-free and vegetarian dish. I especially enjoyed the Grilled Cheese + Tomato Soup, which was made with rustic sourdough bread and flavorful soup. My friend also enjoyed her Spanish Scramble, which she ordered without chorizo since she is vegetarian.

I stopped in here for a quick bite. It was bustling and the staff was very friendly. I had the veggies burrito and the lavender honey latte. I liked the veggie scramble but needed some hot sauce for spice. The latte was so yummy and fresh I loved it. This was a good spot reliable spot.

~ CAME IN STARVING & LEFT FULFILLED My husband and I were in the area and stumbled into Lugano during lunchtime. We ordered at the counter and were seated right away as there were many available tables (both indoors and outdoors). ~ FOOD We came in during a time when we were able to order from both the breakfast and lunch menus. You can order from the breakfast menu until 2:30 PM and the lunch menu is available all day. My husband ordered BISCUITS & GRAVY with HAM (additional cost) and I was recovering from a raspy throat, so I thought a GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICH & TOMATO SOUP would help. The meals were flavorful, reminiscent of comfort food and a home-cooked meal. ~ SERVICE Service was pristine as the meals came quickly and the servers would frequently check up on us to see how we were doing despite a full and busy restaurant. ~ PARKING There is a parking lot that is shared between multiple businesses in this area. We were lucky to find a spot on a Saturday, but I can imagine this lot being full during prime times and parking would have to transfer over to the streets. If we are ever in the area again, we would happily return.
